It’s cosy, warm, super clean, perfect for our needs. The house has two double bedrooms and a single, all spotless and comfortable. There were 4 of us over for the weekend and it was perfect for us. Come out of the house, turn right and right again, walk for 10m and you are right in the middle of town. We walked everywhere easily. I asked Frank a couple of things and he was right back to me, excellent service. I would highly recommend The Nest.

The house was in an excellent location - safe, quiet cul de sac and walking distance to everything we needed. It was a spacious, comfortable house and excellent value for money. Frank was great from before we even arrived and we arrived to a lovely welcome present. I would stay here again on my next trip to Belfast.

The Nest was an excellent place to stay, fantastic location, walkable to all the pubs/restaurants in the Cathedral Quarter. Arrival was simple and easy with keys being in the lock box, house was spotless, beds were so comfy we all slept great. Great facilities and lots of information in guestbook. Really appreciated the milk, bread, snacks and toiletries that were there for us to use, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again next time I’m in Belfast. Was visiting with friends but would be more than happy to stay here with my family it was perfect

Welcome hamper was lovely, central heating worked well, nice to have an open fire. Lots of helpful information from the owner. Great location for our holiday

I Liked the location of the property. Everything that we required was at the property plus some extra goodies. Communication on the day was top marks, and being allowed to get in early, helped us with our planning.

Short walk to local supermarkets and train station if you want to take a trip into Belfast, fireplace was cozy and the welcome package was pleasant, board games and streaming platforms provided great entertainment.
